What is the QFT?
The QFT is a strategy for teaching students to ask good questions. It was developed by Dan Rothstein and Luz Santana at Harvard University and is featured in the book Make Just One Change.

The QFT starts by presenting the Q Focus - something to develop your questions around.
A good Q Focus:
  • Can be a statement, image, article, or even an experience...just not a question
  • Has a clear focus
  • Stimulates thinking
  • Does not reveal any preference or bias​​
